Sorting and preparation of raw materials: After receiving, waste paper undergoes detailed sorting to remove foreign materials (staples, plastic elements, laminate). This stage is important, since high-quality raw materials are the key to reliable products.

Shredding and cleaning: After sorting, waste paper is shredded and mixed with water to create paper pulp. Then it goes through several cleaning stages: Filtration - removal of remaining impurities. Bleaching (if necessary) - to remove ink and pigments. Additional cleaning and bringing to the desired consistency.
This stage allows you to prepare the paper pulp for re-production, ensuring high quality of the final product.
